Update: New options for in-person sessions available starting in April!

I haven’t posted in a while, but I’m excited to share this update ☺️✨🩷

Now scheduling in-person sessions in Biltmore Village on Mondays AND Tuesdays! yay!


Here’s some info on first steps to getting connected with therapy at Authentic Hope (and most steps generally apply to other places as well).



💻Step 1: Reach out through my website, psychology today profile, or email me at emily@authentichopecounseling.com

📞 Step 2: We schedule a phone consultation to make sure it’s the right fit. The phone consultation is a good time to provide brief information about what you’re looking for in a therapist & what goals you have. It’s also a time to ask any questions you have about my counseling approach. I appreciate inquisitive folx, and usually try to keep the initial phone consultation limited to 15 min.

☘️Step 3: We schedule our initial appointment & go from  there!
